I know this phrase seems to be very logical.. but how many people can practise this?
I cant do it i admit.... dont know that i am coward or i just want to avoid it.. but guilt
killed me...

hummmmm.... Bad day for me yest & today... hmm i am down with luck recently
maybe this is the karma i am getting for doing something wrong or sinful ba...
i accept the punishment anyway.... but now i promise to love myself more....
and not letting the people surround me worrying about me....
Hmmm almost a week i have not been talking term with my sis ler... i dont know
its good or what... at least like now we not bickering or quarrelling anymore....
we both just like two stranges living under one roof....
I really dont know why the things that i have been planning or strongly want to
achieve always being distract by my own self.. i believe the good and bad side
is someone will sure have in their ownself... i myself too.. always rebel this and
that... humph!!! tired actually....
Nowaday like seems no motivation in everything i do.. just absence from work
and life... Whats wrong with me???
Anyway i think the pics really sucks lar... haha someone say he knows how i look
like in my 30s ler..haha *bish.... haha actually its quite true lar i think.. really
very mature and ugly like auntie...
Nothinng more to update ler recently... tuesday went to dinner with dear... ahha
that makes me having gastric prob till now.. haha my stomach must been very
upset ler..ahha cuz eating things that i;ve not been eating for long.. ahha
Wed, been working the entire day... after that went to newton hawker centre...
ahha seems like have been eating alot... really alot.. haa haa yarr but stomach
reject the food each time i eat.. humph.. only can drink.. weird tummy right?
hahahaa so small gas ah my stomach... ahha
